I know I probably “don’t understand” and that I’m not “qualified” to say this, but my management team is fucking ridiculous.

• The schedule is never regularly posted on Fridays as it should be
• They will schedule you on school days if you request a day off
• Requesting more than a day off is too hard because their staff is so cut-short because of people quitting.
• Management gets into more fights and drama than I’ve seen 15 year olds in high school fight.
• Management seems to not care more than the employee’s don’t care
• Employee’s don’t care because they’ve been working more than 1 year without a pay raise.
• Our GM is always late, and then get’s mad that she’s behind on orders/schedules.

And honestly the list just keeps going.
I can’t wait to get a professional job, because this one is starting to get on my last leg.
